This video is a tutorial for the set of Qigong breathing stretches that I do most mornings, with a major focus on breathing, balance and alignment. Follow me in this video until you remember the movements yourself and continue them. I take deep rhythmic breathes in and out as I move in and out of the circular motions. Focus on balance, silence and rhythm of energy flowing and circulating. Stress then circulates and alleviates naturally while you do this.
By the time you are done with a routine, say 10 minutes a day, you will feel a high from the oxygen and very loose from flushing out the acids from your body. Drink your first liter of water with 1 whole lemon or lime as you do these. They will change your life. This was the final piece to my puzzle that cleared Psoriasis. I plateaued until I started this and some Yoga poses as well.
These movements are vital to becoming a TRUE PHWarrior in full sync with body, spirit, then mind.
