I’m going to start keeping a close eye to the reaction of my Psoriasis to what I eat. As I transition and routine myelf towards mostly Alkaline foods with 80% veggies of some sorts. I will chart reactions, in the sense of increased symptoms, after everything I eat. I’ll scale it from 1-10. I arrived to Mexico 2 nights ago, already i am seeing a lot of what I need at the newer grocery store. This is pivotal to my T&R, since the physical dimension, my diet, is the most essential dimension.
So far, I’d say I’m 50/50 alkaline/acid. Not a bad start. I’ve had 2 cups of black coffee with the agave (natural cactus) sweetener, which is pretty tasty. Consistently prepared and drank the American Saffron tea to begin cleansing the kidneys. Along with the Slippery Elm tea in the morning to replenish and heal the permeable inner wall of my intestinal tract.
I’ve had some good salads, with olive oil and just a bit of Italian dressing. Guacamole today, which will be a mainstay of my eating, as I progress towards downing 4 avocados per day.
So, not a bad shot outta the gates, and a good time to start chronicling all my food, times of day that I eat, and any reactions I have. This will be the way I dominate the physical state of this disorder and heal my digestive system inside out. I have a pathogen, in my blood, it is systemic now, and I must purify the source of the toxins, my Guts.
Well I just ate some nachos and salsa, obviously still at the beginning of my transition. The toughest part will be not eating late. I was brought up that way.
