If you feel overwhelmed or don’t know where to start or continue, then strive to simplify things. I like to focus on the FOUR elements and the FOUR pillars, perhaps they will help you:

FOUR ELEMENTS:

Air

Take in deep breathes through the nose, hold, then exhale fully through the mouth. Build a habit of breathing this way; 4-second inhale through nose -> 2-second hold -> 8-10 second exhale through the mouth. Repeat and feel your body fall into a more calm, peaceful state, that allows stress to travel through and out.

Stress must be channeled, integrated and released. Your breathe connects the mind and body directly, it’s the fastest way to reduce stress. It is your most important tool and it’s always available to you.

Water

Before any food, diet, lifestyle skills, comes the skill of Water Drinking. Pure water, start your morning with a glass of water, squirt in a little lemon or lime. Drink that down, then wait at least 15 minutes before you eat any food or drink anything else. Do this again before bed, at least a half hour after you eat dinner.

Strive to drink at least half of your body weight in fluid ounces of water every 24 hours. Get a reusable water bottle. This is your Warrior Weapon. Keep it full, and keep sipping on it all day. Water keeps the vehicle moving and it’s the only way out for the toxins causing psoriasis. Get a raging river flowing through you. More pure water and less processed drinks. This has and always will be the most important dietary skill I do and suggest.

Earth

Put your bare feet on the ground, in the sand, in the water, ocean, lake, river, sit your butt in the grass, climb a tree, hike a trail, pet your dirty dog, take a walk in the woods, in nature. Find a park nearby and make that your Earthing time, your walking time, your breathing time, your water-drinking time.

Eat foods that grow directly from the Earth, avoid the man-made chemicals as much as possible. Reduce your consumption of the processed foods that have artificial chemicals that hurt the body. Eat whole foods, fruits, vegetables, wild foods, herbs. Munch, munch, munch, be a grazer of healthy foods. Here is a link to my top priority foods for you to add to your diet to start your grocery list.

Fire

Get sensible exposure to the morning and evening sun whenever and however possible. Even if it’s mildly cloudy outside, the sun is still reaching your skin, when you take your private walks in nature, expose as much of your skin surface to the sun as possible.

Cook your foods with cold-pressed coconut, olive or avocado oils. Avoid canola oil at all costs. Steam more, sauté less, more baking, less grilling. Cook your healing foods al-dente and store them in the fridge to snack on.

Build the fire and desire in your Warrior Spirit to endure and carry on with persistence and determination.

The Fifth Element – LOVE.

Strive to show yourself more compassion and less judgement. Be honest with yourself and do not assume anything of the world or others, which causes you unnecessary stress.

Build love towards the affliction, the psoriasis, and most importantly toward Self. We have been programmed to hate our bodies and blame our immune systems and none of this is true. Truth is Love. The more love you express, the more you will heal from psoriasis and the results will come faster because you free your mind, and release from the shackles of this horrid skin condition.

Then you will see the skin heal, the symptoms fade away and you will commit to your practice, with less guilt, less anxiety, and less fear.

FOUR PILLARS:

Diet

This is the practical transition of eating more foods that heal you, and less foods that harm you. I believe in ADDITION then SUBTRACTION. You will heal from psoriasis as you ADD more healing foods, water in first, then as you have built strength and resolve focus on eliminating and avoiding the processed foods that feed the pathogens that cause psoriasis.

It’s You vs. the Invaders, it’s a battle for resources. Each food on my list is in priority and has nutrients that eliminate the causes of psoriasis while also building you up to a level of vitality you’ve never reached before. You are dawning into becoming a strong, well and resilient Warrior.

Sleep

Sleep is challenging for many. You have to prepare yourself for good sleep. We Warriors need 7, 8, 9 hours of sleep. Sleep is when the magic healing happens, when the mind turns off and the body, organs, Liver can rest, then regenerate before we demand things of our body the next day.

Build a practice around improving sleep, turn the lights low after dark, no blue lights, put on night light mode, no screens and phones in dark rooms, do not go to bed with your devices. Turn them all on airplane mode before bed. Always have background light on if screens are on. Reduce TV time, read a book instead or write in your journal about your Mission and Purpose.

Put on soothing energy music, light incense, prepare a bath and soak in salts, lavender and coconut oil. Get a yoga mat and lay flat on your back as you do the breathing technique I listed above. Bring yourself into peaceful, sleepful state and sleep like a baby.

Movement

Walks in nature, exercise, aerobic breathing exercises, yoga, swimming, jogging, stretching of any kind. Do some sort of movement everyday, preferably in sunshine, get a little sweat going. Stretch the skin, even if it hurts, as the body must be used to heal.

We must use our body, move our body because that is how our Lymphatic System is pumped to eliminate waste products and toxins. The cardiovascular system has the Heart to pump blood through it. The lymph requires US to be the pump to move wastes out of the kidneys for filtration into the urine.

We have been built over Millions of years to Move, so get moving. Even if it’s one stretch, one minute, one movement, DO IT. Something is always greater than Nothing.

Community

You have PHW!! You have found your community. Continue to honor your community, give back, follow the guidelines, read the rules, keep the conversations compassionate and reinforcing. You have your practice, others have their own, respect each Warrior’s journey. Listen more than Direct, stay in the middle with Guidance.

The stronger you make the Community, the stronger you become. The biggest realization I had 11 years ago when I shared my first post and video, the more I help others heal, the more I help myself. We are social creatures and you know how you feel when you save someone else’s life, give each person space to live and create more space in your own mind and life.

I hope this helps you simplify your natural healing journey. Build everything you on the Four Pillars using the Four Elements and develop more LOVE for SELF.

I have learned over TEN years of my Psoriasis Healing Warrior Journey that mental health is just as important as diet and physical health. Watch my video and read my whole letter to you below.

I want to share my ARA Triangle of Triumph. Awareness at the pinnacle, Responsibility and Accountability at the cornerstones. This came to mind a few years back as I wrote in my journal to help reduce negative mental feedback loops and thoughts around this awful affliction known as psoriasis.  This triangle has become the foundation of my psoriasis healing practice.

I keep my focus inside this Triangle. I practice equanimity. This means I focus my efforts and thoughts on what I can control and reduce thoughts about things outside of my control. What I can control is inside of the triangle which is where my focus lies. I practice to mute thoughts around what is outside of my triangle. This improves clarity, peace, concentration and attention which expand Awareness.

The Three Points of my Triangle of Triumph

1.) Awareness

At the pinnacle is Awareness. The tide that raises all ships. An expansion of consciousness and power. A sovereign life. A quest for freedom from anxiety, fear and guilt. My C.U.R.E. to the human mind and emotional condition. These all lie within one’s Awareness. It you are asleep, you cannot take action. It is only as you begin to wake up, that you see your true Self. You see the Warrior in You.

You are now on the Way of the Warrior. The path towards action, observance, growth and lasting results.

We increase awareness through exploration, contemplation, empathy, humility, compassion for Self, then the World outside. It is the Eye of the Triangle, the Mind’s Eye. Perception and then perspective is built from this. Only as Awareness is improved, expanded and increased, can responsibility be taken. There is no ‘blame game’ here. There is no ‘waiting game’ here. This is NOT a task you outsource to your doctor or other health professional and they fix you quickly. This is the path less taken and most long.

This is YOUR work and MY work. It is a unique map that you are charting here. There is no cookie-cutter template that you can connect your life’s dots to. What I can tell you is that, this is the most important work of your life and you better get to it, NOW. Your Healing Work. Your catharsis. Your salvation.

Awareness rises through thoughtful questions, ponderance, meditation, walks in nature, ‘alone time’, studying and reflection. Now, you are ready to bring on true Responsibility which is one of the cornerstones of my ARA Triangle.

The key to your approach is HOW you go about it. You carry this out while striving for my C.U.R.E. – Compassionate contemplation, Unifying the multitude of competing thoughts in the mind, Reflecting on your personal benchmarks only to chart progress. Progress is measured in the power you are building, the skills you are sharpening, the discipline you are practicing, and the life you are changing. Finally and most importantly, Endurance for the many trials, tribulations and Triumphs to come. Commit to your body, your health, your vitality. Do it for the sake of your mind, heart and soul. Do it with love.

2.) Responsibility

This is when the rubber hits the road, when you get your butt in gear and trip into the tasks needed to change Life from one of sick and weak, to strong and well. Responsibility is chiseled out of a daily routine. A practice that you carry out with steps you compile from your research, community and creative spark.

You chisel away at the concrete rock of old bad habits like Andy Dufrane did at Shawshank Prison. As you plot your escape from psoriasis, know that there is years of work to be done. You must commit to the work and that is your Responsibility. The results are nuanced, barely observable, which is why increasing Awareness is the foundation of responsibility improving.

There is SO much distraction now stealing our attention and concentration from us. It is digital and accepted. This puts a high value on your attention and what you ‘pay’ it to. It is called ‘paying’ attention for a reason, there is a cost and a benefit. Sometimes a cost and no benefit. Sometimes a dear cost that we cannot even pay, but we do anyway to our detriment. You can slip into attention debt and give yourself no credit.

As you build a refined practice, improving skills, that you can carry out with less and less self-generated excuses, responsibility facilitates a powerful life. Now you are not just walking the path. Somedays you run, sprint, swim, climb and hurdle on the Path! Some days you faint, keel over and want to die. But, you get up, and you keep walking as you build momentum towards the next Sprint! This is responsibility. Now you are ready to account for your successes and failures.

3.) Accountability

As you learn to crawl, walk, run and hurdle, measurement is needed. An account needs to be created. Who else is going to chart your progress, other than you? What else will stand up in the face of great scrutiny and doubt, coming from inside and outside? A written account will stand up and keep you moving on your healing path with excellent and methodical pace. Not too fast, not too slow, not too stressful, not damaging you, only empowering you to keep going, don’t stop.

This is the means to the end. I stay connected with my efforts, because a routine is nothing more than a repetition of these efforts. As I build more awareness and responsibility to my healing practice, I have more to document, chart and analyze. My account of healing my psoriasis naturally is why all of these MILLIONS of words I have recorded and written are available to you. It’s why we are connected. It’s why the world can change so quickly now, because our connection is real and in real-time.

The more accountable you become, the more habitual systems you create and keep in your journal, the easier life gets. The less doubt and guilt you feel, and fear loses it’s grip on you. Psoriasis loses it’s grip on you. “Autoimmune disease” loses it’s grip on you.

You are Powerful.

This triangle is small at first and a moving target. As you improve it will become bigger and steadier. You will become bigger and steadier.

You are becoming the shepherd of your attention and concentration. Focus on what is inside of your control more and more. Reduce thoughts about the things outside of your control more and more. This practice of Equanimity provides mental clarity and freedom. I will write another post about my 3 C’s of Attention. Stay tuned for that.

For now, master my Triangle of Triumph. For the honor of Psoriasis Awareness Month 2022. Do this for those that cannot do it for themselves yet. Those that are still completely asleep to the fact that they CAN heal. Your determination is the alarm that will wake more Warriors Up!

We are breaking free from chronic dis-ease! The Warcry is “POWER! SOVEREIGNTY! HEALING! VITALITY! COMMUNITY!”. Yell that out loud to yourself. You have what it takes to begin healing. Build your personal Triangle of Triumph. Commit to your health and you can heal from psoriasis.

We CAN heal. We WILL heal. Hope is ACTION!

Psoriasis negatively effects our mental health as much as our physical health. It is up to us to build a practice that includes healing our mind and emotions which makes the physical healing process much easier and profound.

The punishing voices, brutal inner-dialogue, self-judgement, guilt, fear, anxiety, anger, despair, disassociation and depression harm us deeply. It comes from us, we are the source of these perpetual pains. This means that we can heal the source of trauma and build a new life. A Beautiful Life in the face of gross pain. What is your current internal narrative? How do you speak to yourself when no one can hear?

These are the mechanisms of STRESS.

Stress must be channeled, integrated, circulated, and transcended. We have fight or flight behavior driving us constantly.

I have evolved my practice to include hundreds of skills that improve my mental health in the face of the physical psoriasis symptoms I face everyday. This is the remedy for stress. The world already brings us far more stress than we can handle as it is, so we mustn’t add on to it with our own.

On my camping adventure I basked in the sunlight like a wild animal. Bathing in sunshine had profound, powerful, positive healing impacts on my skin.

The 5 Elements; Air, Water, Earth, Fire and LOVE. Air is the breath of energy, Water is the source of life, Earth is the Mother and Fire is the SUN. I fall in love with these 4 elements as I am the 5th Element. I worship these elements. I rejoice in them.

I am a Warrior of Peace and Light.
I know what brings Ease is Right.

Although healing can be tough,
I know now that I am enough.
I am on a journey of love,
learning what I’m made of.

My body is a gift,
My mind is a lift,
to the sky I drift,
Life in more bliss.

I am still a beetle on its back,
I am still a mind filled with lack,
I am filling love in this crack,
I am laying down the attack.

My heart is taking over and this is a tumultuous process. My head is reluctant to give up command, and the voices kick and scream at me but it is taking place with ardent practice.

I am increasing heart coherence. Where my attention goes, my energy goes and I am focused on my beating, loving heart.

My body is a temple and I am a student of optimization.

We are now entering a Quickening. Take care of each other, now more than ever. Love fills in the cracks with effort. When the cracks fill and mortar fastens, then Oneness can be felt, and this can be an overwhelmingly sad process.

As I connect emotionally to more Warriors around the World during this Pandemic, the sadness, loneliness, conformity, censorship, anger, fear, despair and depression are flooding into my existence at an exponential rate…

A Quickening. Humans are nearing implosion and explosion in the Information Age. What we put our attention and energy on now is more important than it ever was in history because of the data and technology we produce.

Let us Explode into Love and let the Meek inherit the Earth. We will come out of this whole if our inward Self journey is one of wholeness. Separation of mind and heart leads to separation of humans and culture.

Peace begins within. Love builds it. Happiness is a Skill. Discipline builds it. Heart coherence practice drives this.

You are NOT alone. I am here with you. Do you feel my energy? Take a deep breathe and feel me giving you a hug or a handshake. It is my purpose. It is why I exist. It is how I reconcile my life trauma. It is the happy NeverEnding to my Story.

We all have a rock bottom, it is most important to be aware that you have hit it. Denial is a life-ending force and the death takes decades because it hides the bottom. Do not deny yourself the chance to heal and you will heal. This chance simply comes from choice. All luck is based on underlying skill.

Without my Path, I am lost. I have psoriasis to thank for forcing my first footstep onto the Path.

This is gratitude. It is not easy. It takes work. I can help you develop it as I am a Work-in-Progress myself. You know that’s me, a straight up WIP!

Stick with me and I’ll take you on a journey of 7 years over the next 7 minutes with 7 Gears of Gratitude I have developed and live by now.

My 7 Gears of Gratitude for healing psoriasis naturally

1. Humility: By the end of 2011, psoriasis had spread to cover most every inch of my body, I lathered steroids on my scalp, face, genitals, eyes, ears, nose and all over so I could face the world. I was angry and my ego ran my life. “Why Me?” I felt no one listened to me, yet I listened very little and my life was falling apart. Psoriasis was just a shard of glass hitting the ground breaking into thousands more pieces.
   I had hit rock bottom, and the only way to go was UP. So, in summer 2012 that’s what I started doing, climbing. I’m thankful I know the bottom for myself and I know how to climb. The process of natural healing has humbled me entirely. Through this humility, I have found grace. With grace, my skin is healing.
2. Empathy: In 2013, I published my first video. A desperate plea for someone, some stranger, who felt the pain I felt, to listen to me. I was screaming inside, and thirsty for blood. I was simply angry about psoriasis, and that was it. When I shared content, and Warriors began rising to the call. I realized my challenge was to Listen. Listen to each Warrior Soul scream out for Change which helps me Grow. Through this Empathy, I have found a Tribe. With my Tribe, my skin is healing.
3. Vitality: As my 1st phase of healing came to an end in summer 2014, my skin cleared completely, I then knew I was capable. I knew I was an Agent of Change for my life. The Victim was dying and the Warrior was birthing. I had gotten rid of an incurable disease! I realized everything I think, do, eat, move & say effects my vitality. My body began reaching it’s true limitless potential as my mind focused more on optimal health. My ego was still my nemesis at this time and destroyed me twice more to come, using stress as Zeus’s lightning bolts, the Ego is Zeus. It ruled over me still. But I knew that healing my body was within my growing power. Through this Vitality, I have found strength. With strength, my skin is healing.
4. Epiphany: When phase 2 began in January 2015, the breakout was much worse than chronic psoriasis ever was. I fell deep into self-doubt. I had thousands of people relying on me and I was disappearing. “MATT, i thought you healed your skin, what happened?!?! Why did it come back?!?!” I did not have tangible answers to that question. Doubt is a monster that must be tamed into Man’s Best Friend.
   I went back to the drawing board, found new literature, rebuilt my practice and bought into another long multi-year process. “It took me a long time to get that sick, it is going to take a good many years to heal entirely.” I came back to my tribe. For the first time, I asked for help. I had the sudden sparking realization that I am in this for MUCH more than just healing psoriasis and the Warrior World now burns bright. All of my efforts transcend dis-eases. I am meant for much more. Through this Epiphany, I have found purpose. With purpose, my skin is healing.
5. Tranquility: During phase 2, 2015-17, the hardest physical years of my life, I worked on training my Mind. The body had to go through deep pain and tribulation so my mind must be cool, calm, collected and comfortable. I began meditating, nature walking and listening to mental teachers. My research forked down a whole new direction. I began a personal ‘offline’ journal. I focused on my cursive penmanship and deep thoughts that were magnetizing to emotions. Where I put my attention is where I put my energy. I wanted to put all of my mental and emotional energy into the healing process my body had to vest. This was a long, hard road of self-deprecation through nuanced iteration with pulsating persistence.
   I built affirmations to change the inner-dialogue that was hurting me. This dialogue had nothing to do with psoriasis, that just gave my mind something to target. What I realized is, I was always my target. That is what I worked on changing. I know longer target myself with guilt, blame or anxiety. Now, stress is naturally leaving my life. Stress reduction is not a destination, it is omnipresent. It is being a tranquil lake amidst a raging sea. This takes objective work with equanimity. “What is inside and outside of my control? Then focus my thoughts and actions only on what is inside my control.” Through this Tranquility, I have found peace. With peace, my skin is healing.
6. Prosperity: When phase 3 began in January 2019, and my legs broke out brutally again for a 3RD TIME, I realized that I was a New, Stronger Warrior this time. It did not shake me like the phase 2 outbreak had. I had reached a new plateau of existence. One where I am calm as the world falls apart around me into chaos. An existence where my sword is sharp, my canteen full, my eye keen, my ears open, my body STRONG. My body is stronger now than it ever was. I had built my body to prosper. Psoriasis is going away, but that is just one ailment. My Heart is strong and open. I run 5K distances now no problem. My body is a finely tuned machine. I’m limber, agile and flexible. All of the “old injuries” are completely gone and I have more flexibility in my back and joints now, than I did at 16 years old.
   I have built this for myself. Now I get to enjoy this World with this Strong Body for many more years than I would have if I had never been punched, kicked, dragged, ripped, sliced, shredded, fleshed, scraped and burned across the coals of psoriasis for the past 18 years. This has given me a True Grit which I am Thankful for. I’m objective, tough, aware and patient. Through this Prosperity, I have found Self. With Self, my skin is healing.
7. Unity: Now that phase 3 is coming to an end, my skin is clearing and healing beautifully. My back is almost 100% clear, my legs, my beasts of burden are calming down. My body is fully annihilating the chronic infections and poisons that have been causing the psoriasis the whole time. Will there be a phase 4 that begins in January 2021? There might be, no one knows and who cares. I don’t spasm in speculation any longer.
   I don’t waste my mind’s energy thinking about future doom or past mistakes any longer. I simply learn from mistakes so that they become lessons and I stay steadfast in optimizing my present moment as I know the future is simply a Pyramid built on Present Moments. I bask in my beautiful Warriors who rally around me. They rally around each other. Most importantly, Each Warrior rallies  around SELF. Through this Unity, I have found meaning. With meaning, my skin is healing.

Self-realization, empowerment and change come from convictions to a CHOICE. Then getting lost in the process of change, this is the CHALLENGE. As we vest the challenges and they turn into skills of a 1st Nature, we become the change. We shed past identities that no longer serve us while constructing new perceptions that do. We CHERISH this new powerful Warrior-Self.

Change starts with Conviction to a Choice. Challenge yourself and Cherish the wisdom and skills you gain.

That is my thought for now, the freedom of choice. We protect our freedoms, we live free everyday and I am grateful for the freedoms I enjoy.

I realize now in my life, how powerful the freedom of choice is. As I broke free of conventional treatment and wisdom, making a firm CHOICE to study and build a natural approach, it became increasingly apparent to me that the choice itself was the most pivotal moment.

This leads me to my 3 Cs of approaching a natural practice to heal psoriasis naturally:

1. Choice
2. Challenge
3. Cherish

Choice – This is where it all begins, where we set the path for ourselves to make a cataclysmic difference in our lives. Every choice is so important. An increasing level of awareness, leading to accountability and responsibility. This is true power for an individual, a self-referred discipline towards self-care. Every choice we make, whether it’s lifestyle or diet, is a catalyst to new doors opening and old doors closing.

Challenge – The practice that we build, based on each constructive, momentous choice we make. As we write down each step, and log each part of progress, the practice builds and builds. The reason it continues to build is that we continue to CHOOSE to CHALLENGE ourselves everyday to be a hero for good. A champion for our bodies. A growing practice builds continuous belief that eventually leads to faith. Hope is action, there is no coping, only action.

These 3 paradigms are the ship of a lifestyle shift that will benefit you firstly, and everyone you love thereafter. As we continue to make tough choices, grow more responsbility for each action we make and learn more about ourselves, I think each of us may realize that Psoriasis is just the beginning of a journey that will change our lives for the greater good of all.

We defend our freedoms, we make our choices, we must realize the power we possess and the influence we have on ourselves and others. Everything we do, matters. Every choice we make, moves us.

Coronavirus & Psoriasis: My Focus on Viruses

If you have taken the deep dive into my journey and content, you know everything I do myself and suggest to you is based on helping the body strengthen and eliminate resilient pathogens (viruses and bacteria) that I believe are at the root of mystery chronic conditions like psoriasis.

I KNOW, in my case, I am fighting off nasty viruses, and strep bacteria that are deep in an old root canal (that I had removed in 2015), and an ACL Reconstruction surgery in my left knee (when psoriasis first began on my scalp just after).

The efforts I make to heal from the causes of psoriasis, also keep my immune system and gut bacteria strong and knowledgeable against incoming invaders trying to take root.

Many of the foods I eat and suggest on my PHW spreadsheet are anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal in varying amounts based on the nutrients they contain. Most all of the supplements and herbals I take periodically are strong against pathogens and parasites (bad viruses, bad bacteria, fungal overgrowths, etc). No virus is immune to nature’s medicines in the forms of ancient foods & herbs which are known, absorbed and utilized by the body.

This is only going to benefit you and those close to you in combating the spread and severity of COVID-19 “Coronavirus” or any pandemic that comes our way beyond this.

Our Immune System only attempts to help us, it’s on our side. Our bodies are on our side. When you make the body strong, Really strong, you see what it is capable of and how nasty pathogens can be, how hard they fight back.

This is why symptoms get worse before they get better for many Warriors. There can be many of these Healing Crisis cycles. I’ve been through dozens over the past seven years.

As a People, we need to keep getting healthier. Here, in PHW, that is our Warcry! We are utilizing what is available to us, what we can afford, and we are finding our unique vibration and staying in that sweetspot.

Pathogenic Disease Experts seem to share a consensus viewpoint on nutritional heath being an antidote against the viral infection. The healthier you are; diet, sleep, movement, community and mental training, the better off you are to annihilate coronavirus and any other viral infection.

5. Borax powder for my bath water

My Topical Scalp Psoriasis and Body Approach:

1. Castor oil psoriasis wrap treatment – apply a generous amount of castor oil, then apply some to a cotton flannel rag or shirt, apply that (optional), then wrap in BPA-free plastic wrap and put on clothes, socks, leave for a couple hours the first two weeks, then go up to a few hours.
   For castor oil and scalp psoriasis, you can use a shower cap. Wet the hair with warm water then pat dry. Apply castor oil to your finger tips and rub throughout the lesions on the scalp good. Put on a shower cap and a headband to keep it on. Leave on for a few hours or overnight. Then on to the bath, or shower, to gently remove the softened plaques of dead skin and wash your scalp following my steps above. It will feel AMAZING!
2. Remove the wraps and run a Bath with coconut oil, borax powder (you can also use a quality epsom salts, himalayan pink salts and/or dead sea salts), an essential oil blend you like and some body wash, soak for at least 20-30 minutes and gently remove the caked dead skin with rag, deep rhythm breathing, put on some music or a podcast and study your plan.
3. After your bath, do a warmish-cool shower, add a quarter-sized amount of shampoo, rub into palms well, then apply to the scalpline and rub the shampoo out through the hair. Work it into the scalp well, and let sit for 1-3 minutes as you wash your body, rinse out well and pat dry.
4. Apply the organic lotion and rub in well. You can apply as many times as you like throughout the day. I keep a bottle at home and in the office.
5. Add another coating of lotion as start to dry out during the day, this lotion also cleans the cracks, you can dab on more castor oil to the lesions themselves to.
6. A drop of essential oils can be rubbed into the bottom of the big toes, thumbs, inner wrists and lower earlobes as well. I then take a few deep breathes into my hands for aromatherapy. Start VERY small with this and work your way up. Start with just your thumbs and fingertips, then to the toes, and then ears.

Staying in front of the dead skin brings immense relief, especially on the scalp, ears, feet and hands.

Repeat this process as often as needed to get in front of the skin schedule while you follow my guide to heal from the inside-out, add in the Liquid Regimen to your diet you do now.

I am steadily getting better. I am going through symptoms of infection clearing in the jaw, cheeks, face. I have white pustules on the chin, soreness in the gums, redness around certain teeth. My jaw is ground zero for me along with the left knee. I am slowly but surely healing. You can see in the nature of the psoriasis, it’s splotchy, pinkened in most places (besides the lower legs, ground zero, you also see bruising in these areas.)

In general, the amount of scaling and flaking is way down. The skin is dying much slower, inflammation is going down. These are all great signs that I’m steadily on the right Path! Here are some pictures to scroll through!

Then ask them how long have they done it? You will find that many use information they find to validate non-effort and keep themselves in an easy experience. Change is hard and scary. Paradigm Shifts are downright terrifying.

Belief systems are typically built on:

1.) Research: what someone is told by those whom they trust, family, real friends, doctors, professionals, family societal norms, news, education, religious teachings, Google searches, articles, videos etc. they’ve bought into that they pass on WITHOUT running their own personal case studies and trials. Just passing on the beliefs of others who have convinced the person to believe ‘those are the facts’. This is considered one’s programming and conditioning.

AND

2.) Application: CHOICES, experience, wisdom, trial, tribulation, pain, stresses, awareness, responsibility, ACTION, accountability, errors, mistakes, lessons, example-setting, epiphanies, self-realization, self-actualization, self-empowering choices, what the person has actually BEEN through in the field, the efforts they make, the observations they document and the results they show. This is considered one’s sovereignty and power.

I am attracted to the 2.) Belief, because that is where I have seen the desired change manifest every time for someone. They show me their pictures, their journal, their diet plan, their meditation class, their yoga class, and these all inspire me to add more to my daily regimen. This is reciprocation by example and action.

Do your thing Warrior.

Build your daily practice and stick to it. Gain the information you need to take action. Don’t overthink it though.

The best benchmarks are personal benchmarks. Refliect on how far you have come compared to your past Selves. They are the contiuum that makes up your present moment, so live fully now as your healthy, powerful Future Self requires of you.

There will always be an opinion or a link someone slaps at you that they present as fact. It’s not fact. The fact is, nobody knows.

You can choose to learn, understand and comprehend your life experience, what your mind and body need. Focus on that practice.

Measure how you feel at 6 weeks, 6 months, 6 YEARS.

Stick to it for the LONG-RUN. Be creative and open-minded to things that spark your intuition.

Don’t bury your intuition under played-out thought streams that you aren’t even sure are your own beliefs. Let them go if they do not serve you. Then more space opens up for thoughts that do serve your cause.

Since January, I have been slowly recovering. The abdomen is showing signs of clearing which is super exciting! The lower legs are still swollen and oozing. The pain levels are now down to basically zero.

Scaling has also been slowing down in general as I recover from this latest healing crisis, of which I hope is the last. I’m done postulating on whether it will be or not.

Oh no! This can be disheartening, frightening and downright depressing! It’s ok though, the Warrior keeps his eye on ultimate victory! These cycles, or phases as I refer to them, are the nature in which the body heals disease. I know that now.

Be careful, some of these pictures of my leg might make you cry. Don’t shed a tear, simply take an action. That is what Warriors do for each other, we reciprocate, train and achieve.

Healing Psoriasis Video Update (click play below)

As I heal, the skin will break out again, in places it had cleared as the body goes deeper into the more difficult acute areas and detoxifies.

For me the three most difficult areas are:

1. My jaw, around the old root canal that was infected (you see this in my neck, ears, sides of face)
2. My left knee, deep bone infection where the ACL reconstruction surgery took place (you see this in both lower legs severe 100% covered)
3. My bowel, particularly the colon, where I am reversing Dysbiosis and restoring the balance of my resident gut bacteria (you see this in the breakout on my lower abdomen and sides.

Do you notice a trend here? Yes, pathogenic infection. I know, every Warrior is dealing with infections of some strain, type, aggression and evolution.

This will cause fear and frustration at times, as the mind spirals into “Oh no, it’s getting worse!!”

It’s not getting worse. This is how the body heals. The Healing Crisis of the natural healing journey is real and needs to be accepted and observed.

It’s two steps forward, one step back, three steps forward, two steps back but progress is steady and softly trending in the right direction.

Remember, I am dealing with extremely severe Erythrodermic Psoriasis, so the causes in my case are difficult to root out entirely. I have learned this well over the past six years.

My Advice:

Organic legumes are ok. Lentils, hummus, black beans in moderation are fine. They have MACs which feed your gut microbiota. Avoid the canned beans, cook them down to remove the lectins, then store in fridge and add to salads and meals.

Nuts and seeds are ok organic hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds are ideal.

Almonds, brazil nuts, coconut flakes, raisins, are good. Make your own trail mix with all of those, put on a pan with some raw wildflower honey glaze and bake for a while, then let air dry. It’s delicious snacking. Avoid peanuts.

As far as grains, Organic quinoa is best, brown rice and organic whole grains if you choose to eat grains. They should be a small portion of your plate. It is particularly important to go organic with grains, specifically wheat, as conventional can contain high amounts of glyphosate “Roundup” herbicide in and on plant foods.

Do not overeat any grains or meats.

Fill up on fruits and veggies throughout the day for your carbs. The more days you can go grain-free right now, the better. If you can have some meat-free days too, that is ideal for initial detoxification.

You will find your sweet spot dietary choices, based on your unique community of resident and transient gut bacteria as they come back to life. It’s not exactly one size fits all, but fruits and veggies do work for every human who wants to heal.

Remember, the name of the game here is to restore and diversify your gut bacteria and this takes years. The more probiotic bacteria you introduce and the more, diverse complex carbs (fibers) you feed them will speed up your progress.

10. Organic meats in moderation are fine, fishes, turkey, chicken. Try to avoid pork and a lot of eggs or red meat for a while to take pressure off liver and pancreas. If you can have a few meat free days per week for the first 6 months, this will help ramp up the liver cleansing process and help the pancreas heal.

Stick to that spreadsheet the best you can and you will make the best progress.

This will get the kidneys filtering, the liver cleansing and the pancreas easing. Eat fruits early in the day that help you digest other foods you eat later in the day.

The first metrics of progress are ALL internal. Digestive improvement, easy quick bowel movements on schedule, urine becoming more yellow and darker in color, no heartburn, diarrhea, or constipation. Focus on these symptoms going away for the first few months. The skin will show signs at 6-7 months.
