Healing comes down to what we DO everyday.

Taking action, drinking the juice, eating the plant foods, drinking the alkaline water, sitting down for the meditation, standing up for the yoga.

Whatever is working for you, keep WORKING IT and refining it. All of these parts as a whole is how the body heals, in totality.

There is a lot of talk on the Internet about fads and falsities, which circulates constantly. This will come and go with the wind. Where you bury your flag in the ground and how you steer your ship is most important.

Whenever someone approaches you with information, ask them if they actually DRINK the juice or EAT the foods or LIVE the change.

Then ask them how long have they done it? You will find that many use information they find to validate non-effort and keep themselves in an easy experience. Change is hard and scary. Paradigm Shifts are downright terrifying.

I honor and praise you for your courage to take action and drive change in your life.

We will drive change everyday in my Advanced Healing Tribe

Belief systems are typically built on:

1.) Research: what someone is told by those whom they trust, family, real friends, doctors, professionals, family societal norms, news, education, religious teachings, Google searches, articles, videos etc. they’ve bought into that they pass on WITHOUT running their own personal case studies and trials. Just passing on the beliefs of others who have convinced the person to believe ‘those are the facts’. This is considered one’s programming and conditioning.

AND

2.) Application: CHOICES, experience, wisdom, trial, tribulation, pain, stresses, awareness, responsibility, ACTION, accountability, errors, mistakes, lessons, example-setting, epiphanies, self-realization, self-actualization, self-empowering choices, what the person has actually BEEN through in the field, the efforts they make, the observations they document and the results they show. This is considered one’s sovereignty and power.

I am attracted to the 2.) Belief, because that is where I have seen the desired change manifest every time for someone. They show me their pictures, their journal, their diet plan, their meditation class, their yoga class, and these all inspire me to add more to my daily regimen. This is reciprocation by example and action.

Do your thing Warrior.

Build your daily practice and stick to it. Gain the information you need to take action. Don’t overthink it though.

The best benchmarks are personal benchmarks. Refliect on how far you have come compared to your past Selves. They are the contiuum that makes up your present moment, so live fully now as your healthy, powerful Future Self requires of you.

There will always be an opinion or a link someone slaps at you that they present as fact. It’s not fact. The fact is, nobody knows.

You can choose to learn, understand and comprehend your life experience, what your mind and body need. Focus on that practice.

Measure how you feel at 6 weeks, 6 months, 6 YEARS.

Stick to it for the LONG-RUN. Be creative and open-minded to things that spark your intuition.

Don’t bury your intuition under played-out thought streams that you aren’t even sure are your own beliefs. Let them go if they do not serve you. Then more space opens up for thoughts that do serve your cause.

Much Love. Mad Respect. More Healing.
Sincerely,
—

I want to keep my post on a diet for healing Psoriasis as simple as possible. I created & adhered to a few principles to allow myself to transition properly and stick to it:

I swore I would not be too hard on myself

I would focus on what to ADD, more than what to SUBTRACT

I would take the transition slowly & embrace the long journey

I would strive to minimize acidic foods and drinks I love, but NOT try to CUT OUT anything completely and have a treat day or two per week.

I would strive to maximize healing foods and alkaline water I needed

Most importantly, I would not measure progress by any one given day, good OR bad

I want you to write down this list above, where you will look at it every morning as you build up the proper practice around a Psoriasis diet that will heal you.

Commit it to memory, and start the morning out with a good stretch, and some breathing exercises. I’ll make another post that outlines the qi-gong, yoga and stability ball exercises I do soon.

Watch My Psoriasis Diet Skills Video Series

You must first find and be at peace with your healing, before any dietary approaches will really sustain and work.

This is the mind’s release to the body’s needs.

The mind must begin letting go of the desires attached to food and lifestyle a little bit, while embracing the new way of letting your body dictate nutrients, taste, flavors and fulfillment.

It is very important to release the tensions, anxieties and negative energies that all lead to stress as you are fundamentally adjusting your diet. It will get easier as your focus and awareness build up.

Stress reduction is a large part of healing naturally. You watch, when you find more peace in your life and your diet, you will notice marked improvements in your Psoriasis spots and joint pains.

I want you to understand that you may face any and all symptoms of your body as it digs deeper while you continue your commitment to the proper fuels it needs.

Your body needs to build up confidence in you, that overall, you will maximize the healing fuel, while minimizing the acids.

Ok, Here are my ABCs and 123s to focus on to keep your diet for Psoriasis manageable and practical.

Do your best to strive to these as an outline for each day.

Some days you will be better, some days you will cheat, BUT I want you to have these to fall back on and use as your foundation.

Do NOT do anything cold turkey – meaning, don’t quit any of your favorite foods for good. That approach will only hinder your progress via self-guilt when you have cheats (bound to happen occasionally).

A – Alkaline vs Acid Balance: The health of your bloodstream. That is your #1 goal, raising it from the depths of acidity into a healing environment that promotes regeneration of your immune system and the self-healing process. Strive each day to keep flooding your body with Alkaline Water. Try to have a green juice every other day to start, then work up to one a day.

B – Buffering The Belly: This is a little tactic that helps your body so much. The most important times to buffer are: first thing when you wake up in the morning (your most acidic), 30-45 minutes before an acidic-based meal, and right before bed. The easiest way to buffer is to flush in ONE liter of Alkaline Water first thing in the morning, 20-30 minutes before a meal and just before bed.

Won’t that make me stay up all night going to the bathroom?

YES, and you need to, especially while healing, because your body does it’s finest work while you sleep. When you are pumping in enough fuel to promote overtime, you will need to acid flush multiple times throughout the night. The basic rule is to go to the bathroom RIGHT when your body first signals, no matter when, to get rid of toxins. DON’T HOLD IT!

C – Chemical Combinations: There are certain combinations of foods and liquids that really screw up the chemistry of your guts. I notice bad combos being the main trigger for me. I don’t really have triggers any more, but combos will still twist my guts. Some common bad combos are milk in coffee, milk in cereal, well, milk in anything really. Drinking while eating creates liquid acid reactions. It’s better to not drink liquids during meals whenever possible.

Gluten, Dairy & Alcohol cause hell-fire reactions in the guts, simply because they end up being white, refined and fermented sugars that Candida and other potentially bad fungus thrive on.

You want a constant stream of water, juice, oils and the proper salts flowing through you. I will break down my 123s using the COWS approach.

1. Alkaline Water: I get asked a lot what I mean when I say Alkaline Water, I simply mean water with nutrients in it like lemon, chlorophyll, greens, and trace minerals. I make my Alkaline water using the following:

I start every day with 20-32 fl oz of lemon water.

I fill up my water bottle with Liquid Chlorophyll and Liquid Zinc Sulfate to sip on all day.

I strive for 3 liters of alkaline water every 24 hours. I keep it by my bedside and drink whenever I wake up. If you can’t get lemons/limes, putting the liquid chlorophyll in each liter is fine and GREAT for you! I also add a dropper of zinc along with that for trace minerals.

I also keep a bottle of green grass powders in the fridge. I have a cup of water with a 2 scoops mixed in the morning. These grasses are a powerful prebiotic (food source) for you gut bacteria. This strengthens your gut wall and heals Leaky Gut Syndrome.

Also, try unsweetened raw coconut water. The electrolytes fire up the body and heal the Liver. This is the best drink for before an after workouts, exercising to replenish electrolytes. Don’t drink Gatorade or other sports drinks they have NOTHING on coconut water. Coconut water counts towards your daily Alkaline Water intake goal.

Just doing this step will change the environment of your body quickly. It is essential to flush the systems constantly. Your relationship with water needs to be BFF style – Best Friends Forever.

Here’s what to get:
————————-

Liquid Chlorophyll – http://amzn.to/2Fe3ETB

Liquid Zinc Sulfate – https://amzn.to/2LPqFQU

Wild Greens powder – https://amzn.to/2AFaWyA

————————-

Water keeps the vehicle moving.

2. Green Juicing: There is no better way to introduce essential vitamins and nutrients than fresh green juice. Drinking the juice takes all digestive pressure off the body, so it can focus only on assimilation of the fuel it needs and apply it directly to where it needs to go! Green juicing is how you detoxify and heal the blood. Once you are healing the blood, you are healing all the internal vital organs and systems.

Something as simple as one juice a day, can increase your vitality and energy levels. Once you start carving out all the ancient sediment and waste in your intestinal tract, liver, and colon, your body will become vibrant and renew itself automatically! Without any pills, imagine that.

Click Here for a slow masticating juicer to buy.

My basic Psoriasis Juice recipe consists of celery, cucumber, broccoli, spinach and/or kale, cilantro, ginger, green apple, kiwi and carrot. I used this recipe for almost two years now with great success! You can make a bunch of the greens and store in fridge for a few days of juice. Do NOT mix in the apple, kiwi, broccoli and carrot if you store the juice, as this will make it acidic. You can add it in separately, OR, just make it all fresh each day.

Then I’ll put in a green apple, 1 kiwi, thumb of ginger, handful of broccoli (including the magical stalk) and a handful of baby carrots per serving, to sweeten it to taste, Yummy! You can get as creative as you want with your juice, the baseline principle is to get as many greens in as possible

3. Daily Stretching, Breathing, Yoga and Qigong

Click Here for my list of Healing Foods to eat and things to minimize and avoid as much as you can.

You want to strive to lower your caloric intake. This takes pressure off the digestive system and allows the immune system to regenerate. There are more studies showing that doing a fast occasionally can really help regenerate immune cells and immune activity.

When you do eat, strive to minimize gluten, dairy, red meat, white sugar and junk foods. Notice, I use the word “minimize” and not “cut out”. This is because I want this to be self-empowering for you, not self-limiting. Focus on what you are ADDING, more than SUBTRACTING. This is how I succeeded the third time around. So if you have a beer, or a cookie, or a piece of pizza, you will not punish yourself with guilt. Just enjoy it, then get back to work on your alkaline water and foods.

Maximize, raw vegetables/fruits, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil for cooking and try to keep you temperatures lower and cook al dente. Basically once any living food is at 200 degrees F or higher for more than a few minutes, it’s electro-activity dies. That’s a huge reason why raw foods are so beneficial. Their electrons are still vibrant and bouncing which causes a reaction in the cells.

It’s been a long time since I’ve posted in my diary. I just got back from a six-week business/leisure trip. I learned, once again, how difficult it is to keep up a healthy green diet while traveling. It is so easy to give back into our old ways of eating and treating our bodies.

I also realized how much my practice to date has ingrained a new sense of health and vitality as well. I am on my way to a full paradigm shift in lifestyle. The underlying engine of healing my Psoriasis, balancing my body and clearing my skin.

Even with all the food I ate on my travels, my skin continued to progress in the right direction. The healing process certainly slowed down. What I could feel now is a keener sense of my pH becoming more acidic as I strayed away from my daily routine.

Now that I’m back home, it’s time to reassert conviction, determination and persevere. I WILL HEAL MY PSORIASIS by the end of this year. I will be more closely blogging about my progress constantly to keep myself focused.

To review, These are the most important natural remedies for Psoriasis that I will focus on getting in my body on a daily basis:

3-4 liters of room-temperature water with my alkalizing drops

1-2 green juices consisting mainly of celery, cucumber, broccoli, ginger, carrot, spinach, parsley, cilantro, 1 green apple, 1 kiwi and anything else green I can stuff in there

2-3 8 oz cups of green grass powder stirred into water

Liquid Chlorophyll once per night before bed

Extra-virgin cold-pressed olive oil for cooking and on all green salads

1-2 avocados per day, typically made into guacamole

These six steps will raise my pH very fast. I probably slipped from about a 7.0 back closer to 6.0 or lower. The goal is to get my pH up to 7.25 to optimize healing of my blood.

That is the MAJOR GOAL, purifying the blood. The cleaner our blood, the more toxins it can process and filter out.

I’m working on an overview guide based on my Psoriasis diet journal that I will offer for free to help others get started on their journey to healing Psoriasis, Eczema and all other skin conditions simply by adjusting what we eat.

Remember this simple fact:

It’s not about what you subtract, it’s about what you add

This is not a diet of taking away things you like to eat. It’s about adding things you NEED to eat to help your body balance, align and heal. We have all the power inside of us to heal any ailment from cancer to diabetes to auto-immune disorders. We have the power. Believe that you are your own Physician and get to work.

Hello Warriors!

Hope you had a nice halloween holiday in whichever traditions you celebrate. Here in Mexico, it is “Dia de Muertos” – Day of the Dead, where they honor their elders and ancestors. My illustrator, whom I do web design with, is Phillipino and he and his family visit the cemetery for a sacred gathering of tribute and celebration of those before them. I was fascinated by that, thinking back to my times in the States, where snatching candy all night in a half-assed costume turned into partying and drinking way too much in college, still wearing a half-assed costume. To each country their own way of celebrating I guess.

So! As I continue my trek of self-healing, I have some updates on the progress…

The Ups and Downs of the Die-Off Period of Healing Psoriasis

I knew this phase was coming, where symptoms will worsen, experience some fatigue, as my body battles all the microforms in my blood. As those microforms, pathogens, viruses, fungi, and other invaders start to starve and die, they release even more toxins into the blood. This is their attempt at grasping for life. I tend to think of the process this way, because I love to portray or reenact battles in history books in my mind. As I now am fueling my immune system and digestive system with the right foods (mostly), I feel like I am a positive leader on the front lines.

Anyways, Here is a photo of my right forearm, to show you an example of what I’m experiencing at the moment. I made some changes, using my schotty Photoshop skills so bear with me. I am seeing a bunch of little bumps appearing around some of the main lesions I’ve had for years now, on my arms. I point out these little spots that appear in bunches close to larger, older ones. This phenomenon is happening on my upper arms as well along with areas on my legs.

From what I have read about natural remedies for psoriasis in The pH Miracle & The Body Ecology Diet this is expected and totally normal. So, instead of feelings of dread or despair from new spots appearing, I am feeling exhilarated and more desire to increase what I am doing.

I am keeping a very close eye now on every spot on my body, mapping them like the stars, and every new abrasion that shows up or goes away, will be logged, any signs of healing at all I will write about on here. These small new spots on my arms are a sign of progress. Keep Fighting, Keep Healing

CLICK HERE FOR MY My Psoriasis Diet Updates

Juicing: As I prepare for my veggie juice fast that is coming up middle of this month, I am moving towards three juices per day. I will be writing a full informative post on my approach to juicing, my favorite recipes, and other useful information shortly. I am working towards a point where I do a green juice just after the Slippery Elm Tea in the mornings. I am THE WORST breakfast eater, have been ever since I was young. For the past few years, coffee has been my breakfast. I’m sure many can relate to something like that. I must have an Alkaline start to my day.

Coffee: I am still drinking coffee every day. I am using just a bit of Stevia as a sweetener, which is delicious. The key is moving away from the Joe every day, and savoring just 2-3 days per week, then 1-2 days etc… For now, I am offsetting the acidity of the coffee with green Superfood mixed in water along with my lemon water jug.

Cooking & Recipes: Slowly but surely, I am getting more creative with vegetable sautes and mixtures. I have delicious little snack preps comprised of hummus, olive oil, italion seasonings, herbamare a long with carrots, celery and cucumbers to dip.

Dinners are some what redundant at the moment. Mainly I saute or steam up zucchini with onion, broccoli and some cilantro or other greens to taste. I used a cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, which is yummy. My sister Kim, will be helping me in more creative ways to prepare vegetarian and vegan dishes! I am excited about that, as it will help me sustain the lifestyle. I also am still cooking to late on some nights. Very Important to stop eating at least 2-3 hours before sleeping.

I am pretty much past the starvation. When I get to being an excellent Alkaline breakfast eater, I will beat it completely. Avocados are your best friends to kick back the starving feeling that the microforms are transcending to you. They are pissed off that they are not getting sugar consistently any more. So they kick back senses and feelings of starvation.

Meat: I made it through the entire 1st month with out any red meat of any kind. This is a big part of the transition. My animal proteins were strictly fish, shrimp, a little bit of chicken and some eggs. I don’t miss it much. I do miss grilling, that is my favorite way to cook. So I have to start grilling some veggies and fish, which will be just as tasty!

That about wraps up my thinking for this post. Be on the look out for my juicing post and as I continue to show more image examples of how my progress is coming along!
