Hey, great to hear back from you and another great post.
It sounds like we're following a very similar path and programme.

I too am regularly cleansing, juicing, supplementing(herbal and vitamins) dry skin brushing and a 99% clean diet.

My skin is so much more alive and I hope in time the psoriasis will eventually subside. I am now 100% natural with 0% steroid cream or internal medication. I use to apply dovobet/dovonex twice a day, even during periods of remission.

My current challenge it a minor break out on my face during the detox. Do you have any problems wih psoriasis of the face? If so, how do you treat it?

Look forward to hearing back from you...

Hi Garry! I'm glad you've found me. I'm pleased to hear you are 'gripped' by my testimony. This blog has been my conviction. It feels good to know someone else who is going through this challenge is truly benefiting.

These challenges are the beginning of your paradigm shift. Focus on transition. I tried and failed Paganos diet 3 times before I finally committed. What made the 4th time unique, was a slow practical transition.

Think about what you need to add, moreso than what you are subtracting. Get on the Slippery Elm and American Safflower teas to start cleansing your digestive tract and elimination organs!

I just made a post about the practice. That is everything. Once you choose an alternative natural path to healing your Psoriasis, you are in the game Garry!

Hey, discovered your blog and it has truley gripped me. I'm excited about following your progress as I'm on a very similar journey of healing my psoriasis from the inside out, naturally.

I read Dr Paganos booked which has kick started my lifestyle and health change.
I'm focussing on detox and healing my gut presently through clean diet and herbs/supplements.

If it heals my psoriasis and balances my body then it's worth the challenging chsnges.
I look forward to following your progress in the future :)

All the best,
Garry
