What I Put In My Water

Liquid Chlorophyll

My mom has been dropping this into a glass of water every night of her life religiously since the early 80s, she calls it her “green drink”. As a kid, I never understood, but I drank it. As I moved out of the house into college, stopped drinking this and my better diet she kept up, my skin issues started almost instantly with acne, to eczema, and ultimately Psoriasis. This Liquid Chlorophyll with the drops below is a potent medicine to help your body function properly again and eliminate acids. I shake it well and add 4-5 teaspoons into ONE liter of room temperature, filtered water. If you don’t mind it, add a bit more. I’ll have 2-3 liters of this “green drink” everyday. Ion & pH Booster Drops

What do you know? Water is at the basis of all my other natural remedies for Psoriasis. I have started adding a heaping teaspoon to 8 oz. of water every morning In middle of September. Slippery Elm Powder

This is Dr. Pagano’s secret weapon (author of Healing Psoriasis: The Natural Alternative). It is probably the least tasty of the concoctions you must drink but it is the basis of rebuilding your permeable gut wall, which is what causes Leaky Gut Syndrome. This is the doorway to pathogens and toxins seeping into the blood, slowly poisoning it. These walls must be built back up, and slippery elm bark is the concrete for the job.
