blog. Is it hard to set up your own blog?
I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick.
I'm thinking about creating my own but I'm not sure where to
start. Do you have any tips or suggestions?
Appreciate it

In reply to <a href="https://www.psoriasisdiary.com/2012/12/03/growing-pains-of-healing-my-psoriasis/#comment-28">Christine</a>.

Thanks Christine! Your husband can clear any skin rashes, eczema, P, acne, warts etc... with a good green transition. Remember, this doesn't have to be radical or extreme by any means. Just start with a simple green juice and a full liter of water with 1 whole lemon squeezed in every other morning, then eventually, ever morning. Work with your husband to do that for now, and I bet his spots and itchiness will drastically lessen. Look for my post on "<em>green juicing</em>" in a couple weeks.

This is a great step by step guide! There are times that my husband has these itchy spots that you can't see anything there and I was wondering if that could be a sign of psoriasis or that he could end up developing it in the near future. This was a great, informative guide and good luck in your journey! Keep up updated...

If you know Psoriatics, or any others who suffer with these so called "auto-immune disorders"...tell them about my story, tell them that there is hope and this miracle is attained by practical daily steps in the Alkaline direction!

This was a very good post I learned a lot about this process by reading this, I don't have Psoriasis but I know people that do and this has helped me relate with what they are going through and to have more sympathy towards it. You did a great job with this and I really liked the way you wrote it like a story thank you so much for doing this.

Just to illustrate how Psoriasis can affect just about anyone, the famous / infamous, Kim Kardashian, was reported to have this condition, and she admitted to it once photos were published of her walking through an airport. The picture showed some red spots on her legs. We should never judge or tease anyone with such a condition cause it can happen to anyone.
