Continue to work. Continue to put the efforts in and stay focused.

I lost my dad when I was only a year old.

I know he’s smilin’ down on me. I feel his love. It fills me with joy.

I feel the love through all the beautiful people who shine light into darkness, help others and carry on.

Healing is the most important work of my life. It’s the work no one can do for me.

This transcends psoriasis. That is just one of many symptoms.

Healing is the path to comprehending the causes that create symptoms.

We must keep driving to the sources of our pain, focus our brilliant minds there and follow our intuition out of these self-driven pits and ruts we fall deeply into. We dig our feet in, get a good grip, and start the climb out.

This is the work that is fulfilling, humbling and necessary. We MUST heal, for the Greater Good.
To all the Warrior Dads out there, I hope you have a wonderful day with your family. Cherish them. This healing work you carry out, it serves them because it serves you.

So, to put it plainly, get to work and don’t quit on yourself.

This sets a healthy foundation for your sons and daughters. So that they may live a long and powerful life.
