First of all i want to say i admire your strong and brave personality.
I really appreciate that you share your ‘journey’ with us and i wish u all the best!
I also struggle with a lot of skin issues. First it was eczema but recently i found out i have psoriasis too.
Most of my psoriasis is on my scalp.
Yesterday i found a site where a women shared her experience with some natural ingredients to treat her skin.
She uses 100% vegetable mixed with witch hazel water (alcohol free)
There are a LOT of people who found this very effective.
It should help, especially for the itching and some also say their psoriasis cleared up tremendously.
I know you said of lot of people asked you if you tried this or that, but i just wanted to share this with you. I hope this will also help you on your way to clear your skin!
I didnt try this myself, i have to order this products online, because its not availabe in the netherlands.
But i will let you know my experience with this natural treatment if you like 🙂

My mindset is very similar particularly when I cheat, I instantly counter-balance it with something healthy, even if just a psychological boost.
I’ve added a new item to my programme, Black seed oil, both internally and externally. Have you heard or tried this at all?

I read some positive stuff on it, so thought I’d give it a wirl. To early to know if its helped or not…
