Hi. I’ve had psoriasis for a few years now and have tried all kinds of the steroid creams, methotrexate, biologics (currently on stelara), and the xtrac laser and can’t get any relief. I’m now starting to get it on my face, which has never happened before. Are there any ready made organic juices you can buy that are out there? I think I’d have more success initially with those than a juicer. I’m just starting to immerse myself with all the information on your page. It’s great and I’m sure I’ll have a lot more questions. Where is the best place to buy all of these items at one time? Thank-you.

Guys, the word you want is Regimen. A “regiment” is a group of Army men. Regimen is a daily or habitual way of going about something.

So, I hope this helps. Wish I had a regimen to cure my psoriasis, but I do not, sadly.

Home remedies for Psoriasis are the Only way to heal. We are transitioning towards a new lifestyle to heal Psoriasis, not just changing our diets. You must build commitment through practice and understand this is a warrior’s journey for the rest of life!

Have you been able to get any of my remedies for Psoriasis? Check my convo with Eliza below and at least get started by supplementing zinc, magnesium and niacin (B12) to start cleaning the blood stream. Please tell me how you are doing and how I can help!

Yes, I bet almost every average person is zinc, magnesium and niacin deficient which makes the bloodstream very sick. All the action happens in our blood! It must be completely healthy and alkaline to keep one's health and vitality optimal! Hi Matt! I love your website and your upbeat attitude!! I’ve been dealing with psoriasis (first plaque and then it turned into guttate over the years) for over 20 years, so everything you write here and are experiencing truly resonates with me. I just saw a wonderful nutritionist today and am getting blood tests done to determine food allergies and to check my body’s vitamin/mineral/omega deficiencies. Perhaps you want to try something like this? I already know based on a test we did in her office that i’m deficient in zinc, so I’m really excited to learn more! Our blood (as you already know) can tell us so much about what’s going on inside. Also, do you eat chia seeds? Grab some and add to smoothies or make chia pudding–nutritional powerhouse and absolutely delicious!

im from the philippines and suffering badly from psoriasis. i want to try all the abovementioned remedies but im not sure if these are readily available here. im currently dependent on clobetasol ointment and tar soap. it only ease up the itchiness though.

Hi Matt, I was also suffering from psoriasis. I tried home remedies instead of chemical or medic. Home remedy really works.

Hi Michelle,

I haven’t used anatabloc myself. So I’m not sure. Hopefully, Adam will stop back by with a specific answer. I don’t really focus on creams/lotions as part of my healing regiment. Of course I use them for relief, my favorites are organic sesame oil, avocado oil, cuticura ointment and I use Lubriderm for lotion, it lasts. Everything I use on the list above is pretty inexpensive and it’s working well.

Hi guys, on the subject of diet… I started on Pagano’s but have now transitioned to GAPS diet. This diet gives more freedom and completely focuses on balancing your gut flora and healing the gut long term. It is backed up with sound knowledge too. If you’re interested google it 🙂
